Double Metal Chromium Carbide Overlay Wear Fittings and Elbow

  Wear fittings are composed of the wear base material and the wear layer, the wear layer is generally accounts for 1/3or 2/3 of total thickness;

  The wear layer and the base material is combined through metallurgy, so that the wear layer can’t fall off, and can bear stronger impact.

  The wear pipes and fittings are processed and molded by two methods, one is that chromium carbide overlay wear plate is rolled by roller press. the other is that we firsthand weld in the seamless steel pipe.

  The performance of wear layer in the pipes is the exactly same with chromium carbide overlay wear plate.

  The wear pipes and fitting’connection methods are flange connection and welding  ;

  The wear pipes can be processed into elbow、tee branch、Square to round  Transitions、frustum、Square tube, etc.

Can this welding wire be used for both indoor and outdoor welding?

Yes, our gas-shielded flux-cored welding wire is suitable for indoor and outdoor welding applications.
Our product has no limit to quantity, it can be ordered according to customer requirement.
Hard facing plate for coal chute liner cannot be machined or drilled. It can however be ground. Mild steel inserts are used to create countersunk or counter bored holes. hard facing plate for coal chute liner can be cut using plasma, Grinding wheel saw, or air-arc gouging.
Hard facing plate for coal chute liner is usually attached by countersunk bolts, welding studs, perimeter welding, or plug welding. Some methods are better suited than others depending on the specific application. For more detail on each method see the installation section.
