The Chromium Carbide Overlay welding wear resistant plate is designed to be easily installed onto existing cement plates using conventional welding techniques. Simply weld the wear-resistant plate onto the substrate, and it will provide unrivaled protection against abrasive wear and impact. The carbide overlay layer, with its high chromium content, forms a rugged shield that significantly prolongs the lifespan of cement plates, minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.
