Our Chromium Carbide Hardfacing Welding Wear Resistant Pipe employs a special hardfacing welding technique, where a layer of chromium carbide is deposited onto the elow/pipe's surface. This innovative process creates a wear-resistant barrier, protecting the pipe from abrasion caused by harsh mining materials. The result is a highly durable pipe that can withstand the toughest mining conditions, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance costs.
Advantage: The wear layer and the base material is combined through metallurgy, so that the wear layer can’t fall off, and can bear stronger impact.
OEM size :Available down to a 2 inch diameter and is applied spirally to avoid seams that are parallel to the direction of the material flow.
